Delay in repair of mobile phone

Sir I have bought a XOLO Q900 mobile phone on 23/12/2013.
I had give to repair on 25/09/2014 because problem in touch screen.
The customer care centre or franchise named maxcom tell me that I received my in 15 days.
Today is 31st day still didn’t received my phone when I call to companies customer care they said they have already sent it from their end. But maxcom said they didn’t received any. I have spent lot of money on call but they didn’t pay any heed. Due to non availibity of phone I am having lot of trouble.
