this institute is not issuing the right Diploma and demanding more money after fee paid fully

hi, this is Shifa massey..
i joined the course name- Diploma in hospitality management from AETS (vocational course of Australia) in institute named saintflight worldwide education pvt ltd, sco- 83,84.. Chandigarh. in the month of August 2009..
i was there told that the course is of 1 year and we will get the Diploma from AETS which is an australian institute, means we will be getting the diploma from saint flight institute and AETS as well so, total 2 certificates..
The course fee was mentioned INR-1,05,000/- (one lakh and five thousand rupees) which is not a small amount..
well, after completing 1 year theory classes we have to do the industrial training for completing the Course, that also i completed from Hotel Chandigarh beckons, Chandigarh.. After that when i went to the institute to collect my both diplomas, Mrs.Gulzar kaur, The national head of the institute handed me over the saintflight institute’s diploma and she assured me that the australian diploma (AETS) will come after 1-2 weeks or so.
after that i kept asking but the diploma had not come yet..
few weeks passed and i kept waiting due to which i could not even apply for a good job in some reputed hotel. Like this, months passed and i asked them about the diploma of AETS, Mrs.Gulzar kaur asked me to visit the institute ..and here she told me that i have to take an exam for it. i was shocked to hear , before sometime the diploma was on the way, my course was cleared and now she was asking me for exam,, i was disppointed.
i kept visiting for the diploma but in vain..
then the next time again she asked me to visit her office, when i went there, to my surprise Mrs.Gulzar was not there and her husband Mr.Gurpreet singh- the managing director of the institute was in the office. He said to me that you have to pay INR 75,000/- more after paying such a big amount of INR 1,05,000/- already in one year. i was surprised that how and why should i pay more money almost the double of my fee amount.
and they said that if i want AETS diploma then i have to pay more. i wrote them letters to release my diploma but they in response lied in their letter that i have paid fee amount of only INR 60,000/- but i have all the receipts of total fee amount of INR 1,05,000/- and their lie is caught straight here..
till date i have not got my diploma of AETS.. and they are just demanding more money..
i have been so harassed by them for long 5 years and my hard earned money is robbed by this institute, i want my AETS diploma and also strict action against them so that they cannot cheat any other innocent student in future..
