Complain Against Rediff Shoapping.com

Dear Sir
I Am Shubham Samanta From Goa. I Have Ordered a Item Which Is A Men’s Black Shirt.I ordered Size M Which Is Now Smaller To Me .So Firstly Only When I saw That Item It Was Smaller to Me .So The Same Day Only I e-mailed Them But They Didn’t Reply .I Kept On Emailing And Waited For 1 Week But Still they Didnt Do Anything .My Order Number Is 10515983.I Have Talked To The Sender Who Sended the Item So,She Said me To Tell Rediff To Send A Person to collect the L size Black Shirt From The Sender And Then Exchange The Previous Item From Me.I did But Nothing Happened. So Please Do Something. Every Thing Is Depending On You.
