LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OF BUS BY NEETA TOURS AND TRAVELS

I HAVE BOOKED A Ticke for mumbai for 15th oct, 11pm but suddenly they informed me that the bus was cancelled.I had next day flight from Mumbai next morning.How it is possible to find alternate arrangements in the end moment.This has happened plenty of time they don’t get enough passenger so they cancelled the bus but what about the genuine passenger.They don’t care for them. They only care for money if they hav enough seat they will take or cancel in end moment. Strict action should be taken against them.I have faced lots. of problem bcoz of them
