I have given my phone Micromax Canvas A117 Magnus for repairing of touch screen (4911 Display not working) on 25/09/2014 under job sheet no. – N060197-0914-12440660 and that time executive told me that we will return you the same in 24 hours after repairing. But till date (October 15, 2014) didn’t get any positive response. Micromax having a poor service in this field. No one is paying attention to repair my phone. This is not a poor service this is the height of negligence of executive towards the work. Everytime when I called to ask the status of my phone they had only one answer that is “Your phone will repair in 4 to 5 days. Kindly check and update me the status of my complain.
