Order was not delivered and money was not refunded

Placed an online order (Order number: BNG0814221184659017) in www.bangaloreflowersgifts.com website. The actual delivery has to happen on Aug 30, 2014 at 12:00AM but the order was not delivered. So i called and requested for Refund. The amount (INR 375/-) was paid while placing the order. The customer support people told that they are refunding into the bank account within 2 hours. From Aug 31st till date daily I am calling them but they are keep on telling the same thing that today you will get the refund… today you will get the refund… Its almost close to 2 months that my refund was not happened. I spent a total of INR 450/- till date just to call them and to check the status of my order. It became more than the amount that i paid them. Today when i call them, their response was very rude and they told that you will get the refund after 1 year. I also visited the address where they mentioned in the website but it was fake (There is no shop over there). They are simply bluffing the innocent people. I request the officials to take proper action on them to block that website and do the needful.
