I purchased a mobile – HTC one from Amrut Mobile Shopee in ahmednagar on 05/09/2013.
i was provided with the bill of phone by the dealer saying it is an authentic phone meant to be sold in India.
I faced issues with the phone on 20/08/2014 and i visited HTC service centre to get it repaired under warranty but the phone was rejected to be repaired under warranty because it was a UK registered phone not meant to be sold in India and dealer sold it to me by cheating with me.
On 25/08/2014, i submited my phone to dealer and asked him to get it repaired from HTC or replace it and give me a new phone of same value.
Yesterday on 14/10/2014, i visited dealer to take my phone back as he is playing foul with me since 2 months , he tried being abusive and also tried hitting me in his shop and is not returning my phone
i want a new phone of same value and also the loss i suffered due to the dealer.
