I got a delivery on 30th September.order id-10538652.I was supposed to get 5 items bit i received only 1.The product i received was of very bad quality.
I filed a complaint-1048657.
they were supposed to send me the product by 10.i called them up for inquiring.they Said due to durga puja. it will take some time.They assured me that i would receive the 4 items by 14th. today is 15yh.i checked the delivery status and it has not come to my notice yet.i did not read any text or email.tracking the item i found only 1 item is sent back instead of 4.please let me know what actions should i take.i have already paid rs1097 and have not received the other 4 items.
