I have applied for PF transfer on 13/10/2011 from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka bearing PF numbers From TN/35791/32297 to KN/25149/2369. After continuous follow ups with both Tamil Nadu & Karnataka PF offices, I have received a mail from [email protected] on 07/03/2013 vide Registration Number RCHEN/2013/01848. It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s): A sum of Rs.49420/- has been transferred to BN/BNG/25149/2369 and the same has been credited on 18.10.2012.
I have checked the above mail with our Bangalore office and i have received a reply from [email protected] 12/08/2013 as below
As per this office records, no transfer has been received from Tamil Nadu to your account number BG/BNG/25149/2369.
Please contact Tamilnadu PF office and get the transferred details like Cheque no, amount, date, Annexure-K so as to take necessary action. If not transferred, please submit Form-13 through your present employer for transfer of PF accumulations.
I am really worried about my PF balance, it is almost two years now after submitting my PF transfer application.
Yesterday I personally went to EPFO, RO, Bangalore and they have diverted me to AO, AB-15 Superintendent and after checking KN25149/2369 he told me that the amount has not got transferred. I requested the officer to check what has to be done further he is not ready to answer and he told me to go to the ground floor and check with the cash counter. Again i went and asked at the cash counter they have rejected by saying we have already given you a visitor s pass and assigned a case worker, since the case worker is not in a position to clear your query how we can resolve your query, just handover your visitor pass to the security and leave the place. This reply i got from a Central Government Employee.
So these kinds of treatments i got from the epfo office from the past 2 years. For just transfer my PF the EPFO officials are throwing my request to all corners and still i have not got any solution.
Kindly do the needful before I have already registered a grievance in this portal but it has vent in vain.

Sir, Kind attention is invited to above grievance registration numbers. It is inform that the soft copy (txt file) and hard copy of Annexure K in respect of transfer from PF account number TN/35791/32297 to KN/25149/2369
is not received in this office for credit of transfer in amount with service details. Kindly upload the txt file and sent the Hard copy of Annexure K to this office immediately for appropriate action in this regard. An early action shall enable to redress long pending grievance of the member.
