in an insurance paper bike engine no and chesis no is toatally unmatched

I m kumar sumit i purchase a bike from sadhna auto agency siwan it provides all the document bike registration and insurance paper. bike insured from national insurance company siwan branch.oneday bike checked by the traffic inspector in an isurance paper is totally different from the registration details like as bike engine no and chesis no is different when i call to sadhna auto agency its owner says im not responsible for that you will go to the insurance company when i call 06154246591 to the national insurance company siwan branch its manager says its auto agency mistake he is responsible to all concern.8 month passess but no one can hear my problem i taking 25 leave for this problem. then what should i do. please take a corrective action to the both.
