Internet pack not get

Dear sir,
I am using an idea sim card. And i recive a push massage from idea on 13/10/2014 that massage say Get 1Gb internet @Rs58 for 30days. So i activated it from deduct of my main balance. And waiting for 7 hours but i cant get it. So i call 198 customer care to ask about it but they say that you are elisible to get 300mb internet. But i cant get any internet balance. So i request you to help me to get that benifit of 1gb internet.
