Reliance gsm balance deduction complain

I recharged my mobile 9883973621 with rs 156 on 29 sep 2014 to avail 1 GB data. on 2nd Oct my data balance was around 940 Mb and on that day I tried to use this sim in my dongle . But it was not supporting and i was not able to use it. After that when I inserted the sim in my mobile data balance was zero. Regarding this I talked to customer care executive of reliance and they told that data has been deducted due to use in dongle. But my concern is when it is not supporting in dongle then why the data will be deducted. I faced similar problem on 19th Aug 2014. Rs 55 was deducted and I tried to make I complaint through customer care but due to bad link they were not able to lodge my complain in about 10 attempts. Then around after 7 days when they got the link it got delayed as per their norms. And as a result I am loosing my money day to day.
I made a complaint in grahak seva and a customer care executive from mumbai called me and promised to return the recharge amount and data.But I got nothing till now.
