Lately I have booked tickets with make my trip online from Mumbai – Srinagar – Mumbai by airways. Due to recent flood occured in J&K we have decided to cancell the tickets.
I have cancelled tickets on 28 Aug 2014, Expected refund date: 8 Sep 2014 as per company policy’s (7-10 working days) and today is 9 Oct 2014. It’s been more than a month now I have not received any credit in my account.
I have made enough of calls on their toll free numbers and following up like crazy and every time a new reason is shared with me. Everytime I was kept on hold for more than half an hour
Just for name sake they have procedure to take feedback and open so many branches but from service perspective it’s useless and just make people fool and take their money online but when it comes to giving back you customers money than they have all policies and procedures to be complied with.
Can someone from your team can help me on the same.
