I have just noticed in my bills the following has been appearing
e.g.
Downloads 05/09/14-23:10:07 d2c_mgossip_pack49 0:00 49 46 23/09/14-23:17:30 d2c_mgossip_pack49 0:00 49 46 Total 2 Calls 98.00
This was not subscribed to me by me and I do not know what is this for
I called customer care line – they do not know what is this for
Made an email complaint to corporate services – they say you have subscribed to this .I see that this is happening to many customers and I feel that there has to be a way out of this.
Am absolutely clueless how this has got subscribed too – anything where a customer is going to be charged – there has to be a clear notification on the charge and an confirmation sought.
Am not sure if this will continue in future

Am seeking opinion of all impacted – how do I get a reversal and how to prevent this from continuing.
Vodafone did not call me and mailed me a standard text.
