I purchased a lap top from SHREE MARUTI ELECTRONICS, KAROL BAGH, MODEL X550LD, SNO E3NOCVI3642611C,
When i opened pack at my home i noticed that the keyboard panel was tampered, and then i brough this thing in to the notice of the dealer from which i purchased it, he adviced me to call the customer care for the same as there was a policy of change of entire laptop i found defective in any respect with in seven days of its purchase. now it has been twelve days, and i am not standing any where in this issue as i have become a shuttle cock in between service center and the asus laptop manufacturer.
Please do help me out of this issue, and take care of necessary things.
