My name is Jitendra Jain, bought a electrolux washing machine which is still under warranty period.
Machine is defective, after every second month it stops working. Its been happening from past 1 year. Now from past 15 days it is not working & they are saying one of the part is faulty in the machine which is not available in the market & trying to procure it. We have been hearing the same thing from past 15 days still no resolution. Machine was defective from the start only that’s why after every second month it stops working. Hence we want replacement. Please help us to claim the replacement.
