I got cheated in case of Job

I got a call from kpss call center.
They tell me to pay money (1250) by SBI bank for registration and when i paid it they tell me to pay 10,550 as security deposit as they say it is for laptop and mobile bill. After that other call from kpss and they call me to pay another 2500 for identity card. they tell me from 1st October my training would be started but they didn’t call me and didn’t even receive my call.
