Fraud on ecommerce and charge amount without item

Hi,
On 4-Oct I got the link automatically on web address and showed the Samsung galaxy tab 4 on 499 rs so I checked the website and looked OK.so I was shop where it showed pay 499 rs and got the tab.BT when amount was deducted then showed thanks for participated the contest and result will provide on my mail.Amount also showed against the order d credit balance showing 499 rs.BT till now I’m not getting any mail.I also take screenshot for each transaction for record proof.so pls help
