Vodafone Change’s the plan without my permission.

This is to inform you that I am a active Vodafone postpaid customer from last 3-4 years. This complaint is regarding Vodafone. I got a message from Vodafone that my current active Vodafone postpaid plan VG-MV-DEL-Blaze99 has been changed to to some other plan.
I am very much satisfied with my current plan and I have not sent them any request to change my current plan then how could they change it without my permission. I got a 100% assurance from Vodafone’s corporate office persons, Okhla,Delhi , that my plan will not change by any means until I will change it by myself.

Please help me because I don’t want to change my plan and they are changing it without my permission. I will be thankful to ConsumerForums.

Hi VodaTeam,

This is to inform you that I got a message from vodafone regarding the change of my current plan on my vodafone number “8447788788”. I am the owner of this number. At the time of activating this plan, your senior executive from Okhla, Delhi, corporate office called me on my number and told me that my plan will not change and it will remain same until I will give a request to change my plan. I have never sent you any request to change my current plan to any other plan then how could you change it by yourself.

I am very much satisfied with my current plan and I don’t want you to change my plan without my permission. I am humbly requesting you to not change my plan with some other plan. Just keep my plan as it was before.
