Deficiency in Service

Dear Sir,
I sent my Fortuner car No DL7CG9740 for regular servicing on 30th sep. I was having problem with the breaks and i asked Mohmad Humaid Service Supervisor to change the break pads as the breaks were weak but he replied the pads are ok i told him that you pls go ahead and change the pads as i have to go out of station but he did not changed it. Today again that is 1st oct i started facing problem in the breaks in afternoon i personaly went at uttam toyota sahibabad at 5pm and they said let us take a test drive. Person came at 5:40 pm for test drive and he admitted the breaks are less . We reached the service station at 6pm and then they refused to change the pads by saying working hours are over i requested them and told them that i have to go out of station tomorrow so pls change it. Mr Pradeep refused it by saying breaks are ok. I asked him when the customer asked you to change the pads then why u did not changed it wheni was ready to pay. I dont understand how such ppl work in a service industry. I am very upset with the service and the behaviour of the team of Uttam Toyota.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the dealer.
