product size is 7 but i want size 6.

I send it back through shree BALAJI Courier on date 15-07-2014 CN.NO: 367128466. every time i call at 18001800918 said that after 48 hours you got it your product after 2 months steel i never got it my product.

i complained more than 7 times every time generate complain no but there is no result.
