Bad experience and Fraud

This is my second bad experience with rediff Shoping . It seems to me that the companies has no space for ethical practices and their committing fraud after fraud. Previously I had ordered an apple earphones and to my dismay duplicate Samsung headphones were delivered to me. This time I had ordered a prestige toaster and it’s evident through the invoice sent to me by rediff. But, I was shocked to see that instead of prestige toaster a poor quality and worn out local toaster was shipped by rediff under the packing of prestige. So, I would like to worn everybody in India not to shop anything from rediff.com. I am going to file a law suite against this company. And I am sure the company will compensate me not only for the product but also for the mentally agony I have gone through as a result of it.
