Following e-mail was sent to BSNL office twice but had no reply:

Request you to please take up the matter for refund after closure, following are the details:

Address: 30/2, Sayantara Apts, Bhabha Nagar, New Mumbai Naka, Nashik-422011.
1. Closure of telephone line in Oct 2013.
2. Adjustment bill amount paid in Nov 2013.
3. Was given time of 3 months to wait for refund.
4. In Feb 2014 was given Refund Order No.: RE0002353309 dated 10-02-2014.
5. Was told that refund cheque will reach in a month’s time.
6. Till date no news from BSNL side.
Had called up on 0253-2578112, nobody responds with proper answer, always the person is on leave.
Request a proper reply, else I shall file complaint in consumer forum next time.
