Sir, I have booked Tatkal ticket on IRCTC on line today i.e. 30.09.14 for the journey from ASR to Howrah for 01.10.2014 in Amritsar Howrah Mail ( Train No. 13006. Transaction ID is 100000088783609 .Payment to the tune of Rs. 3168has been deducted from my SBI account but while checking the booked ticket details it has been shown that ticket not booked. It was really shocked and this loss of time and money is lyable to be compassion concerned quarters of IRCTC for such act which is against the right of consumers. It may please be conveyed as to how I can get redressal of my above grievances
