I have frequently complained to my branch manager Mr. Srinivasan Ramanujam & also wrote several mails to the credit card customer care and called their customer care numbers many times and informed them regarding the frequent issues that i was facing in my credit card while doing an online transaction. But no one took time to resolve my issue. I did not look for a priority service every time but i only wanted some kind of an update for my complaints but i did not get any. I only had to call them up frequently to check for updates. My latest complaint number is 30091404722. Can you help please?
