Hi,
It’s been more than a week now. I have recharged my tata docomo prepaid number 8983587487 with Rs.200 for which i should get Rs.200 full talktime as mentioned on TATA DOCOMO Website as well as PAYTM Website,
but got 320 mins & 10 mbs data.
I have lost approx. 1gb of my mobile data as it got overridden by 10mbs, also i didn’t get Rs.200 balance as mentioned.
Please help me with this issue, as both the organisation are not giving any support on this at all even though I have mail both half a dozen times. Paytm is not even bothering to reply to my mails also.
Need your kind intervention.
