Repeated incorrect subscription charges by Vodafone

In my latest bill number 27-91400766898 I have seen following charges: hello1_tvallsouth_ for Rs 30 and mobileart_valuepack for Rs 75.
I have not subscribed to these service. Please investigate and get them rectified. Two months back I was charged similarly for MyDala subscription which was incorrect. I ignored at that time, but due to such repeated nature of charges I have no option but to publicly inform nature of wrong charges levied by Vodafone.

Please correct and refund my money.
