Htc One M8 having LCD problems

Hi, this is Rishab Rungta from Kolkata, my contact number being +91-9007096777. I purchased a HTC One M8 bearing IMEI number – 352090060396780 from Krishna Telecom in City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata in May 2014′. It worked fine for 2 months but I had to send the phone to the service center on 25/07/2014 due to some abnormal LCD issue. The expected return date was after 15 days but after getting shrewd replies from the service center and unexpectedly rude behaviour from the same I received my handset back a month later on 25/08/2014.

Now just after using it for around 2 weeks, my handset suffered the same problem. This time I contacted HTC Chat Support before sending my handset to the service center and was assured by Mr. Alok (Service Request no : 14IND360007694) that he would personally look into the matter and get the issue resolved in no time. I gave my handset to the HTC service center under M/s TVS Electronics Ltd, located in E-Mall, Kolkata on 09/09/2014, this time the expected return date on the job sheet was mentioned as 27/09/2014. However, I was in regular chat with the HTC Chat Support and they assured me that the part will arrive very soon and the phone will also be repaired quickly. On 25/09/2014 when I contacted the Chat Support, Mr. Alok said that the part will arrive the very next day and I will be getting my handset back on Saturday i.e. 27/09/2014. Now, when I called up the service center I was not attended and nobody picked up the call at the service center. I contacted the Chat Support under the same ‘Service Request Number’ and this time I was told by Mr. Aashit that the part had not arrived and that it would arrive on 01/10/2014 and after that they would work on the handset and keep it for a few days and test it and then return it to me.
I paid around Rs. 45,000+ for the handset and I have not been able to use it for even a year. Its still under the warranty period and its lying with the service center for half of the time. So what has been the point of buying the handset ? I didn’t expect this type of service for the second time after being assured by the HTC Chat Support. I didn’t even get a spare handset to use for the time being, this being the courtesy of HTC towards its loyal customers. Its Durga Puja festive time in Kolkata and here I do not have a handset of my own because it is lying with HTC Service center and god only knows when it will be repaired.
I guess as my handset is under warranty it should be replaced as it has been sent to the service center for the second time for the same problem again.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take a necessary action. I do not want my handset back which has been lying with the service center for a small part that is taking so long to be arranged. I will not take back that handset and I now demand a replacement.
