One sim (mob. No. 7059860226) purchased on 24-7-2014 has been blocked on 20-21.09.2014 due to submission of aadhar card for id proof without any intimation. This has been done after two months but not questioned in the biginning. Now I have been compelled to purchase a new sim and again the aadhar card has been taken as id proof by the Aircel customer care executive at saltlake city centre after verifying its genuineness but the qtr allotment letter of cpwd is not being taken as valid document for residential proof which cant be said genuine reason but only a harassing attitude. It is not understood if my aadhar card was genuine then first sim was blocked. Plesse do needful. Thanking you.
