over charge bill

Dear Sir,,

They have increase my bill plan 149 RS to 175 RS. Now I felt it like cheated. When i asked them why you have increased my bill .They are telling that this is marketing strategies. I have nothing to do with marketing strategies. Please take an appropriate action.
