i send my personal external harddrive for repairing to the companies customer service but after 1 & half months the company send me back a harddrive which is not mine.i send an email to the company regrding the wrong delivery of a harddrive day after that they replied me that they would send me back my original harddrive but still i am waiting for my harddrive because there are lots of important personal information in that harddrive.so i am very much worried about my personal information & harddrive.i also send an query email on 9th september but still there is no reply
