Phone Insured But they didn’t repaired

7 Months Ago i purchased a Sony Xperia M from Spice Hot spot Sec-18 Noida.
when I purchased it they offered me to buy a insurance policy of Gadget Cops for technical damage like Water damage and accidental damege. for the phone. I case if phone is not repairable they will return me the 60 percent amount. I bought the policy in 500 rs. In july my phone got some liquid damage i call the company they took my phone and keep it with them for 2 months. After two months they returned my phone that it can’t be rpair and they were offering me 50 percent amount of today’s price which is 9500 rs today and 50 percent of 9500 is 4250 while I bought the phone in 12100 rs. This is a cheating so I took my phone back and refused to take the amount. I showed my phone to Sony Customer care and they repaired it in 4500 rs. So Please help me to get my amount back because it is cheating by Gadget Cops. and they must be doing it with several customers.
