I purchased MTS Wifi data card on September 11,2014 and my data plan is 40GB unlimited. For the initial 3 days the speed was good and then it got reduced to very low level. I raised a complaint to Customer care on September 18th and they said the issue will be resolved with 22 working hours. From then on I am keep on following up with them but the resolution is not yet provided and they say that the complaint is in progress.I contacted the Account Manager in MTS chennai and she assured me that someone will come to my home to check and resolve this issue.But none came and when I tired to reach her again she is not picking up my calls.I wrote the higher level(MTS Appellet) regarding this issue and asked them to cancel my connection and refund my money back.But they dint agree to refund my money back.I dint use this device even for a month and I have been facing the issue from 4th day onwards. But they are not willing to refund my money back. This is really frustrating and they are cheating the customers. Please take necessary actions to resolve this issue and return my money back.
