CARELESS WORK BY SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AND NOW CHARGING 7000 TO SOLVE IT

I have given my mobile note 2 for servicing it was in warrenty period they have not done the fitting properly and now they are asking me to pay for their mistake i took this complain to higher authority but same answer i have invested 30000 and now suffering because of the please help me out, thank you.
