I AM USING THIS FROM LAST 2 YEARS BUT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS ITS NEVER WORK FOR 7 DAYS CONSTANTLY SOME OF COMPLAINT NO 224608646 224715714 223842049 AND THERE ARE ALOT OF MORE COMPLAINT I RETESTED WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND APPLETS AUTHORITY LAST IT NOT WORKED FROM 4.9.14 TO 13.9.14 THERE ENGINEER CLOSED THE COMPLAINT WITH IN 72 HRS FOR THERE TAT NOT ITS AGAIN STOP TO WORK ON DATE 21.9.14 kindly help me to resolve it properly
