Hi,
I had ordered 4 products of size 5 from Yepme.com on 13th July 2014.
1.Yepme Blue Wedges
2. Yepme Red Wedges
3. Yepme Purple Wedges
4. Yepme Purple Bellies
We had kept one product Yepme Purple Bellies and asked for replacement for the other 3 products for size 6. Yepme asked us to courier the products on our own and they will send the replacement. I had couriered the products on 24th July 2014 through Professional Courier (Tracking no BLR135095952) and it was delivered on 26th July 2014 01:05:13 PM.
After that they had sent me the following mail on 9th Aug 2014(which clearly talks about 3 products)

Please use the new order numbers as mentioned below for any future reference/tracking order status.
Out of 3 items in your original order
2 items will be shipped under new order number 8377344
1 item will be shipped under new order number 8377346

Again after few days i got the following mail 10th Aug 2014(which talks about order no 8377344 order split)
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that your order no 8377344 placed on 07-29-2014 will now be dispatched in multiple shipments.
Please use the new order numbers as mentioned below for any future reference/tracking order status.
Out of 2 items in your original order
1 item will be shipped under new order number 10104115
1 item will be shipped under new order number 10104116

After many attempts there was no response from the yepme.com. So i decided to cancel the order and placed the cancellation of order 8377344 (which later split into 2 orders 10104115 / 10104116) on 19th August 2014 and requested for refund.
Out of 3 products which I requested for size change, I had got one product (Yepme Blue Wedges)with size change and cancelled 2 products (products against the order 8377344).
1. The strange part is that I got refund for the product Yepme Blue Wedges which I got as replacement with size change
2. Now yepme.com are saying that I had returned only 1 product hence refund is given only for one product
3. Now I want to file a consumer case against Yepme.com and claim a compensation of 3,00,000 for giving mental torture from the date of returning the products.
