I own a DTH multiple connection, for which I requested the 1st connection to be deactivated in January or February of this year i don’t know the exact month
I called Airtel DTH Customer Care and Told Them to deactivate my first connection as iam relocated and not using it they told me that our engineer will come and collect the deactivated set top box i said ok and told him to send your executive on Sunday. everything gone well and i got an sms within 48 hours that my 1st connection is deactivated. from that time to august 2014 i am just recharging for 1 connection only and i am happy.
Now what happens this month 1st iam started getting reminder about recharge which normally don’t happens in my case because i recharge in 15 or 18th of the month
still i recharge DTH in (7-09-2014) with 250 rupees today (19-09-2014) when i started my tv it shows because of low balance your connection is suspended.
when i called customer care they told me that you are using multiple connection and there is no deactivation showing in our system.(because of their mistake we are suffering)
please do the needful
