Dear Sir,
My self Chander Shaker from Silvassa (UT of D&NH) i have applied for home loan from OBC bank about 25 days back, they have hold my loan as i have Bad credit score in CIBIL,on the inquiry with the bank they have shown me my CIBIL report , Reports says that i have taken loan from Citi Finance on 26-04-2006 with account no 8203777, due to Overdue they have WRITTEN-OFF the loan, after that i have raised an dispute on 04-09-2014 to CITI Finance saying that this account doesnt belongs to me and ask them to investigate the same and correct my CIBIL and submitted my ids and passport , After 02 days i have called CIBIL and discussed my matter with them , representative of CIBIL said raise an online dispute with CIBIL so on 06-09-2014 i have raised my dispute (DIS0914144275) with them saying that CITI Finance has update someones else details in the CIBIL.
On 12-09-2014 CITI Finance has given me written NOC saying that Account no 8203777 doesnt belongs to me , after that i have mailed the copy of NOC to CIBIL on 16-09-2014 now they are saying we do not want any paper from you they need NOC from the bank, when im calling CIti Finance they are saying they have done their best and asking me to speak with CIBIL, Sir tell me what to do in this Now they have generated.a new no 3343871 and saying that process will take another 30 days, due to all this my Loan is stuck and im really become helpless.
Sir you are requested to Pls resolve the matter asap
