i have an corporate account with kotak mahindra bank, salt lake sec 3 branch. at the time of opening the account the executive who was there in our office from the bank had made the commitment that i will get a credit card after seeing my salary. but its almost 6 months that i have not got the same. when i called on the bank’s helpline i have got the reply that my salary shold be minimum 20000 per month. this thing was not informed by the executive on the time of opening the account. if he had done so i had rather gone to hdfc bank bcause they do not have such conditions. without credit card i am facing so many problems and as the executive had made a wrong commitment to me so i need a proper solution for this.
