I am a premium customer of Bharti Airtel Ltd. a user of high speed 80mbps FTH connection subscriber.
There is always a disturbance of my internet connection and not getting a continuous data connection.
From 22nd June 2014 to till today I complained about the matter from the lowest level to the highest level of the customer care department in Bharti Airtel. No one is resolving this problem and harassing me with some illogical argument but when I am asking for a written reply they are avoiding the issue.
Total more than 25 emails and 50 telephonic complain has been lodged but there is no resolution.
