Harrassment by New Mobile Care India Pvt. Ltd.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have bought Nokia 520 with extended warranty by New Mobile Care.

My card number is NMC 5770 and given for repair on 13 August 2014. There were two problems 1) screen damage and 2) Power Button. The phone was returned to me on 4th September 2014 but was not completely repaired. On Thursday, I could connect your number after two days for struggle and spoke to Ms. Komal. I requested to return my phone without repair but she told me that it will also take 3-4 days. Since today morning, I am trying to connect to know the status but nothing is moving.

I beg to please return my phone on urgent basis.

    will in form u that my mobile xolo q700i is not deliver since 1.5 year your ascutive take my phone date 12-07-2014 my name is mohd wahid and my card no is NMC27155 your customer care asicutive misbehave with me so i will inform u that i m going to the consumer cort if u Dont deliver my phone in this week but still cstumer care no is not working
