I bought AcquaGuard Enhanced UV on August 28 2014 . After installation , within a day we found that the ph rate of water is so high that the water from Acquaguard is not consumable. . For high PH rate Acquaguard ro is the right device . ShivKumar who was the sales guy didn’t explain this to us. So now the device is of no use , cant drink water from that . I raised a call for upgrade from UV to RO.
The company policy says that the item can be returned within 1 month.
From past 15 days I might have called the custumer care 100 times and no one bothers about our request . Sales person is not picking our call , we bought this AcquaGuard beacuse i heard that their service is good.
After what i have gone through , i can tell that it is not true , no response after repeated calling.
I don’t want an upgrade anymore , I want to return the equipment and take the money back as per the company policy . I am still eligible to return the equipment .
I also want to consider other legal options,Can I use the company policy against them ? will it hold in court ? what are the other documents i need to show that I raised a flag?
