I have Ordered through Magickart.in, (Online retail firm), 1no tea Strainer on 24.08.2014 from Surat and the product has to be delivered in Bangalore, for my relative. I have contacted innumerable number of times, Magickart.in, but I haven’t received any positive response till now. Further I came to know the product was shipped by Delhi based Delhivery Courier on 09.09.2014 and still the product is in Delhi, as per Tracking Details. I have called this time, Delhivery Courier and most of the time the Telephone number was purposely kept it engaged and when I call, they cut the line again ,today by roughly 8,45 pm. Please suggest me, what shall I do?
