Service issue for more than a month and lack of cooperation

My reliance broadband no is 385295579280 and 359935385146 Since 5th august I am calling and registering complaints almost everyday. I am facing tremendous problems with my connections. For almost 60-70% of time during this period my connections were not working. Every time it called on the customer care no. I got the same answer that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. Since 5th august for almost 35 days I was given a deadline of 24 hours and my complaints were closed without resolution. Then finally I called the nodal officer number and registered a complaint (224728982) I was told that within 4 days I will have a final resolution (lol) and after four days I called back coz my connections stopped working. So I was given another 4 days time. When I request callback, nobody calls but for bill payment I get dozens of calls and mails. I’ve been given answers like the fault is in my system when I have 2 different connections on 2 different systems and I have also tried connecting other devices. So the problem is with the stupid reliance servers. So please give me an actual final resolution ASAP. Please refer to a dictionary for the words final and resolution if you don’t know the meanings! I have suffered a lot coz of lack of internet. No payments, purchases, video conferences were possible due to incompetence of the ISP. I need full waiver for both the connections starting from 5 th august. And I please request you to lie less when talking on the damn phone!
