Cancelled order without any update

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have ordered T-Shirts from snapdeal with order Id: 2754885512, 2754853612, 2754772817, 2754720512, 2754627676, 2754603699.

All the products are T-shirts. They have told on 13th September it will be delivered.

Now when i have mailed them asking for the shipment not showing any update. Then i got the mail showing that
