i am a aircel customer, holding no 7686943038, On Sep 4,2014 i had talktime balance of Rs.40/- which was deducted from my account for no reason.My current balance is – 40.79/- I have internet pack activated in my account, then why was my balance deducted. please help me regarding this,the amount may be small, but deducting talkime balance without reason is unethicl. I have contacted the customer care, but they are denying about any balance deduction. But i am constantly getting balance reminder of Rs.-40.79/-
