I lodged a request to ROYAL GREEN SERVICES to rectify the jack (port for music lead) of my handset in the month of May 2014 and the handset was returned after repair to me on June 20th 2014. After getting the handset, the camera was not working properly and the applications were not running properly. We called customer care to understand why the repair was done in such a manner so that other parts were damaged. The executive from their Company came and pick the handset vide receipt no 4830 dated 24.06.2014. After that we received a call from their service centre that the motherboard has been damaged and asked us to take a claim of Rs 800/- approx.
I am unable to understand the procedure for repair and handling of the set as we gave the phone to their executive in a running condition except the jack. It might seems that mishandling of the handset is by their executive which caused the damage to the motherboard.
Also I called Mr. Shashank a senior executive of Royal Green Services ( Mobile 9899911722) on July 7th 2014 to request him to look into the matter and he assured us to do the needful after getting info from their team. From July 8th till date I called him several time and but he is not picking up the phone.
In viewing all this , I am surprised to see the way they deal to customers. After getting all this response the customer feel harassed and become hopeless.
