I had Purchased your product Moto X on 12th April 2014 through Flipkart.com.
I inform you that the handset is going through some technical issue. Further to add to your knowledge earlier in the month of July the handset had been replaced due to some technical fault of your device(mobile).
It is once again that my handset is facing some technical issue for no fault of mine.I was advised by the customer care of your company to visit the service center since my handset still falls under warranty. On meeting Mr. Sanjay (Engineer) at the Center I was informed that the motherboard is not responsive & to my shock I was told that my mobile is out of warranty. The reason given to me was that due to slight damage on the top right corner of the screen the handset does not respond. However, I may distinguish this to the effect that this damage to my phone occurred a month before the handset stopped responding that is today. A reasonable person cannot give such vague explanation. Had it been due to the damage ,it would have stopped responding that very day.
Further adding to my grievance when I asked them to issue a repair center cost for the phone, they denied to provide me with the cost. They asked me to pay Rs.450 for the valuating the repair center cost. However I was given a rough estimation of the repair i.e. a sum of Rs.29000/- (which included touchscreen -15000 & motherboard – 14000). Although the new handset cost around Rs.24000 on Flipkart.
Must I bring to your knowledge that the handset used by me is still running under the warranty.
I request you to undertake the repair of the handset under the scheme of warranty. In case the same is not done I shall take the recourse of law.
