IMPS RELATED FUND TRANSFER

DEAR SIR ,

I have an account in state bank of india mohaddipur branch gorakhpur(5608).i transfer 1000rs throw sms based imps service.at 25 may 2014. the amount 0f 1000rs debited my account but not credit to transfered account which mmid id is 9019420 and transection no.is IMPS02/414509024680/****2794
TRF TO 197894044300.
I gave written complaint in branch at 31 may 2014.and branch manager told me that your problem solved in 45 working day.but today after 3 month gone my fund is not return in my account.

plz do something for returning my fund.
