HSBC Bank Complaint

I was holding one HSBC Credit Card, and I have closed this credit card in 2011.
On 08-08-2014 I wrongly transferred 50000 using HDFC net banking because HSBC Credit card was added for NEFT transfer. I thought I have transferred in my wife’s HSBC account. But after few days when My wife checked in her account there was not the amount, so she told me and when I checked I transferred in Old Credit card.
I have asked to bank to give me back this money but still I have not received. They will transfer this amount HSBC bank said this.

Now my concern is if my Credit Card was closed in 2011 and if I have wrongly transferred then why bank has kept this amount for so long day.

Why HSBC credit card department has not been contacted using email id or on my phone number? Bank has many more option to communicate with me, but Bank was keeping my money for so long time which is completely wrong. Now HSBC is only giving me 50000 only but I am demanding to give the interest amount as well.

Because they have wrongly kept my money for so long time without any information. Due to this I lost lot of things.

Please help me on this by which I can get the actual amount with interest.
